Force Grip can be used by Jedi and Sith.

Force grip is like Choke except it concentrates on the whole object and is used in Pummel. You can use it on objects and people. Then lift them off the ground and throw them on the ground, at an object, or against the wall. They will take damage but, it can only kill the weak. AT-ST and AT-AT can not be effected by it.
