Imperial Dropship Transport

Imperial Dropship Transports, or IDTs, were starships used by the Galactic Empire. The ships were designed by Rothana Heavy Engineering. The dropships were present on worlds such as Cato Neimodia and Kamino. These ships were usually armed with lasercannons and missile launchers. These dropships had a pilot and a gunner, and could carry up to eighteen Stormtroopers. During the Battle of Kamino, an Imperial Dropship Transport crashes into the 'Salvation's' hangar, by Starkiller using the Force to shut the hangar doors. That dropship was carrying two Icinerator War Droids. The IDTs were present in the Battle of Kamino, but also served as patrol ships.
