PROXY is prototype holodroid who has been the Secret Apprentice's combat companion for years. Its origins are unknown. It is a one-of-a-kind unit capable of using advanced hologram technology and built-in servos to alter its appearance allowing it to become virtually anyone. He fights Starkiller (Galen Marek) on the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 and Wii versions, as Darth Vader programed him to kill Starkiller. He tells Starkiller throughout the game "I will achieve my primary programming". After the second mission to Raxus Prime, he no longer seeks to kill his master as portions of his memory were burnt out so he no longer remembers his primary programming. Eventually he is defeated defending Starkiller from Darth Vader, but is salvaged by Juno Eclipse and is later on asked questions about Starkiller's Origins and is later on informed about his master's death. In Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2, he is seen missing an eye and part of his cranial plate as well as his right arm. This does not affect his ability to change appearance, though. He is also on Tatooine in the Ultimate Sith Edition, but is missing his legs.
He has had a hidden program to turn into Darth Maul, unknown to Starkilller.
Alternative[]
The game finished with alternative ending of The Force Unleashed. Most likely, he was expelled from the ranks of empire by the Emperor to his pupil parted with any emotional ties with anyone. But near it meets the metal shredder. It turned out that his legs has were removed, and directed energy movement - damaged. Droid greets an old friend and helps him off the first stage of destruction in the shredder. Starkiller then goes and thanks him. Probably later was dismantled.
